Lux was founded by Naomi, a woman with over ten years in the nail industry who looked around at the landscape she'd worked in and decided something needed to change. Not just in terms of quality — but in terms of experience. In the way clients are made to feel. In the pace of an appointment. In whether a space feels like somewhere you can breathe.

Coming from a community where the nail industry is a respected and skilled profession — one that takes years to master and deserves to be treated as such — Naomi built Lux from a place of deep care, both for the craft and for the people it serves. Alongside her is Chloe, Lux's Nail Artist and Experience Lead, who brings the same background, the same belief, and her own particular gift for the quiet details that make a service feel exceptional.
